Chris Witkins One year warranty is a falsehood

In Febuary of 2011 I purchased a Clayton home with a one year warranty. Which is a falsehood. Cupboard doors are falling off. Siding is discoloring. Foundation cracking. Lumps in kitchen flor along with a nail coming through the tile. Foul ordor in master bath sink. With no odor in any others. When wind blows blinds move with the wind gusts.instead of honoring their so called warranty the told me to contact the state. If I wouldn't have put down a large down payment I would walk away and leave them this thing they refuse to fix.
