Freecreditreport.com - no emails, no passcode sent, rude cust. Service reps!

I signed up for a free credit report and was waiting for an email confirmation and after 10 days i called to see what was going on. I first spoke to a cust. Rep. That needed my ss #, full name, and mothers maiden name. I was a little apprehensive and then he stated he had to transfer me to someone else to give me the passcode over the phone.

After waiting 5 minutes she got on and i could barely hear her and stated this. She was extremely rude, un-believably rude! I cancelled it on the spot and told her there was no reason for her attitude. And this was after i gave her my ss# and current address. Now im scared of someone stealing my info more than ever... Www.FREECREDITREPORT.com is a horrible business... Stay away!
