888 Phone answer loop ripoff business from hell

The Consumerinfo 888 phone line is an automated phone answering system that is impossible to get through and when you finally talk to a live person they say they will transfer you to the appropriate dept. And then throw you back into the answering loop.
I have never received the additional passcode number needed to access my credit report. I e-mailed them and got a message back saying I could expect a mailed number in another 7 days. They are obviously attempting to use up my free 30 days of service.
