Could easily take your money and provide no product

I just went to make a purchase on the site only to see in big red letters down under the return policy:

Please Note: Wet Seal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

So that says anybody can place an order, pay their hard earned money and be told tough luck.

It seems to me that until you have it in your hand, it is their property, should be insured by their company. This is a prime bed for stealing by anybody who knows this policy which is as I said in big, red print in the return policy.

I have seen this in other places recently too and you know what? I will never give a penny to these stores who are more about the buck (too cheap to insure the products) then their customers satisfaction.
