This company and it's products are a rip off. The only way this company is surviving is by ripping off and scamming consumers. I should have researched them before ordering their junk. When you order their TRIAL product, they will automatically enroll you into their SUBSCRIPTION service and consider you a PREFERRED MEMBER. Whoopdy-doo!!! Don't you feel special now? If you do not call to cancel within 30 days, they will ship another 3 units of their junk to you and charge the credit card you originally used. Although I called as soon as I saw the charge to my card AND they had not even shipped the junk yet, they lied and said they could not stop the process and that they would not credit my account. This, after I called and the product has not even left their possession. There is no other subscription service like this that refuses to refund a product which the consumer has not even opened, let alone, not even received!!! This is the way they do business because they're selling trash and no way is their trash going to generate any money, therefore, they resort to this scam. There are other products that, once you order, they will send you regular shipments BUT none that will refuse to give you a refund in a case such as this. DON'T BUY THEIR JUNK!!!

Additionally, they said they were doing me a BIG favor, something they NEVER do, which is allow me to return 2 of the units and so they would not charge me the installment payments for those. Since I read other reviews saying the same thing, it's clear again that they are lying, trying to make it seem like they are doing something extra special. If they can take back 2 of the units, why not take all 3 back? Because they are scammers!!!
