I had a claim for my dishwasher last year because it was not working and you sent a technician to fix it. The individual took almost 4 weeks to have it fixed and left the machine with the door very heavy after the fix. Unfortunately I did not complain because my wife did not want to see the shadow of someone fixing the machine in my house after being 4 weeks without the appliance afraid the would take another 4 weeks or so to have it running. It is also weird that today your company informed that last year's claim the guy reported a door gasket change and what he replaced was the motor/pump unit (I was there when he was installing it) and he did not change any door gasket.

Two months ago in March the door opened by itself and almost hit my 3 years old boy. We called you again and you sent the very same guy to my house that cannot even speak English properly. The guy then said that the door was abused. I complained and you sent another technician that gave the same opinion. The point is that the damage was caused by the door weight itself. I have friends that can witness that the door was too heavy.

Now I have no dishwasher again. I first complained on the week of May 3 with a customer relation's representative named Scott. Very polite guy said that he would take care of my issue, said that a field technician would call me and that the service shop have a liability insurance that would cover for my situation. I waited one week and called back to follow up and was attended by a guy named Jason who was not polite at all speaking faster than anyone can understand and telling me that I should have sent a letter to your legal department. The previous guy, Scott did not mention letter and did not even give me an address to send it? I then requested a supervisor and the person (Jerry I guess) tells me that pretty much there is nothing your company can do. Terrible service my friend. If your company cannot hire technicians or service shops that can fix appliances properly you should go out of business.

I am a mechanical engineer with 13 year of experience with appliances design working with Electrolux, Eureka, Prosdocimo and Frigidaire brands. I just do not fix the appliances myself because I have no time for it and now I am wasting time writing this to get my dishwasher fixed. The door of my dishwasher was not abused but it broke because the service technician did not fix it properly and seams that I will have to fix it by myself after all. All the approximately $1500.00 I paid to you since year 2000 going straight to the drain. Stupid I am.

I am sending a copy of the letter to the Van Nuys chamber of commerce so maybe take some customers away from you beyond the ones I can influence personally. I also want to cancel my service and be refunded for the year payments made. This way I will have money to buy the parts I will need to fix my Dishwasher myself. After talking to your customer service I figured out that I am not dealing with a serious company and lost the hope you will fix my problem.
