Ripoff lying about their services and employees

I moved to VA a year ago and would like to meet people. I called around and found this place called Introductions. After talking to the VP, I thought I was in good hands with them. I paid more than $2000 in fee to get a life time membership.

I was told they have more than 30,000 members in the area and they have excellent matchmakers working full time to match people. Each match would be carefully reviewed and approved by the VP. I was told a lot of young professionals like me join the service and I would sure find someone special.

You would think if they really try to match 30,000 members and the VP has to review them all, it would take months for any match!!! I told them what I want but every man I was introduced to was a loser (no job, no education, short and old. You name it).

I complained and asked for a new agent. I was told they like to try different criteria then the ones people specified just to see. To make things worse, they only have one matchmaker in the area. I have refused a few introductions and she sent me one after another in just a day or 2. Remember 30,000 members and the VP has to review all the matches?

Now, the website (which has changed address several times) claims they have office locations in Richmond, Newport News and VA Beach. They only have one number to call and one address on the website. Don't forget only one person working in the area!!! Doesn't that sound fishy?

When I asked for money back or a question, they don't respond back.

Don't go to them!!!
