Ripoff commercial advertises one price and company charges another price

I ordered propolene, a dietary aid, from a comercial stating it was $29.95 When I got the product I was charged the $29.95 with a balance showing $59.90 and it was charged to my credit card the remaining $59.90, it also guarentees if not satisfied return unused portion for a full refund, I did not get refund and they deny I returned anything, I have contacted credit card company to complain of the charges and it is pending. If taken as described on bottle you will lose weight, I gained weight while using this product.
