Taking advantage of elderly person

Ryan found my moms house to provide her an estimation on windows. Being when I was there I indicated my emotions on his manipulative and volitile nature. Reguardless my mom employed feldco to complete the windows having a three-day choice to stop. While she chose to stop the sellers was really rude and professionally insulting. I am aware he's disappointed he dropped a sale but she's unhappy using the shade of the windows or the equipment and was compelled into a purchase. I think it is really troubling that somebody or anybody may or will require benefit of an elderly person.
