This company appeared on my account bill on 5-11-04 without ever appearing in my pending items. Their support e-mail does not work, the phone # listed in another report doesn't work anymore. Their Live Support Chat doesn't work.
I have found no way to contact this company to ask them about the charge. My bank doesn't have a number for them either. I have never visited this site and I see many others on here with the same report.
I have to have my bank cancel my card and issue a new one and research this charge, what a pain!
