Dreadful customer service by this

This company, Superedresses.com or Superkleider.com say they a company with a great reputation for customer service.

Their website boasts testimonials of satisfied customers. You dont seem able to post a bad review.

When they are selling, they are quick to respond and very helpful. Then when you pay your money for goods and services - they keep you waiting ages. They send goods late, they dont tell you they are late, you have to chase them.

When you challenge anything they ignore you. They dont respond. They arle unhelpful, they dont do what they say they will.

Be wary of this company. They sent me something i didnt want. There was some confusion on both sides - but they just refuse to even talk or negotiate.

I have tried being nice, i have tried being firm. But they ignore you.

I will never buy anything from them again - their service stinks, They are unfair once they have your money
