This is a bad company.

I would never use

Claimed I had almost doubled the cubic square feet than was quoted. I then called John the owner and he told me not to worry that he would take care of things. After repeated calls he finally gave me a $143 discount off their additional $1000 charge. We asked to see the manifest so that we could compare it to our itemized list. They were unable to come up with the list. They claimed only the driver had the list of extra items we supposedly had left out.

On the day we were supposed to have our things delivered they gave us the list which had the inflated charge but nothing much added to the original manifest.in other words they gave me a quote over the phone and changed it at
pick up. The owner and his secretary were very rude to my husband and I. The day they were supposed to deliver they said they could no longer honor the $143 discount. We told them we were not paying for what was not transported. This moving company again. I am working with Statewide movers as we speak.

I gave the owner a detailed itemized list last week and he gave me a binding quote. That means unless the agreement is altered that is what you pay. At the time of pickup I had someone there on my behalf to sign the papers. The foreman They now have my things and Im not really sure where they are. I called them this morning and said I would pay and have yet to hear from them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Shame on people that have to run their business in such a corrupt way!
