False advertising? Bait and switch? A little of both just to get you in the store?

Office Depot's Black friday ad included this item:

Kodak esp office 2170 for 64.99

According to their website, it's an "in store only" so checked to see what stores in my area had it so that I could go line up. They had NONE.in the ENTIRE STATE of California. Just for kicks, I checked minnesota too. None there. I wonder how many other items they have in that ad that they advertised with no product to support their claim. A dirty shame to do that to shoppers, promising something they have no intention on fulfilling.
