No probelm using the product requested.inadequate quality-control over broken products making the factory. Waiting set for shipping of the broken product, waited in further 2 times for 2nd shipping - again item in broken condition. Recommended deleivery could be following morning. Shipping terminated following morning. Customer Support Group won't permit you to talk to a or advance problem until shipping total. No payment provided for setbacks of installation or time-off function holding out the home all day long for non-existent or broken deliveries! It was our very first time utilizing Wickes as well as for the remainder of our 2 present building projetcs won't be with them again.
