Miguel Dinarte speaks excellent English and presents himself as an educated and serious businessman. This is a great diguise for him. For over 15 years he has been cheating American Invstors who come to Costa Rica to establish busineesses and to buy real estate. The weak laws in Costa Rica make it very difficult to make him accountable, and so he has been thriving on one deception after another. If he says he will help you with your import and export business, that means he will see how much money you have, and how quickly he can gain control of your bank accounts... He has stolen tens of thousands of dollars and is never to be trusted.
Never trust any business if Miquel Angel Dinarte Guzman is involved.
