Fred Meyer blames their bad work on the customer

On December 11th we purchased an engagement from Fred Meyer. On 3/19, I brought my ring to Fred Meyer in Appleton because my center stong was lose, so much that I could hear it jingling whenever I moved my hand. The guy took my ring, looked at it under the microscope and proceeded to take a plyers and pushed the prongs together, and said, there you should be fine. I went home thinking everything was fine and dandy. Upon visiting the Madison mall I decided to have them clean my ring, after cleaning the ring the man comes up, and says, do you know your center stone is lose? I said yes, but the other store said it was fine. I was then told if I didnt have it fixed, they wouldnt pay for a new stone if I lost it. So, they sent it in to be fixed on 8-1. I got my ring back and went on with life.

On 10-30-10 I return to Fred Meyer because my center stone is loose yet again. [continued below]...
