Bad service

Sallie customer service is the worst. They were very rude, unhelpful and unreliable. They brushed me off like my business didnt mean anything to them. They did not answer any of my questions and they said they were going to call my cosigner within a hour and never received a call from them the whole day. Look elsewhere because these people dont want to help you and getting good quilty help is impossible.
