Customer Service - Student Loan

Sallie Mae has been a thorn in my side since I first received money from them for college. What a mistake. I have come to terms that they are difficult to work with and am just dealing with it until I can get them paid off. However, every time I call in I am unsuccessful in reaching a conclusion with the issue at hand. Most recently, I had to be transferred three times because I could not understand the representative that was helping me. I think it is really degrading the Sallie Mae puts me in the position of bad person when I tell someone "I can't understand you, is there anyone else that can help?". It is just awful. Not to mention the 40 minutes it took for a minor account update. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with and my confidence is very low in what they are telling me. It is to the point that I have to mentally prepare myself to call them for help. It shouldn't be this way.
