Ahmed And Walter clerk never processed my transaction and charged me double

I recently rented a tuxedo from the above store on April 24th. I had previously made a down payment of $35 to rent the tuxedo about a month before the Arpil 24th date. On April 24th, I went to the store to pay my remaining balance of $96.00, however the clerk never gave me a receipt.

Two days later when my brother went to return the tuxedo for me, they said that I still had a $96.00 balance on the tuxedo. Ahmed the manager at this store stated since i was unable to produce a receipt, he could do nothing for me and that I had to pay the remaining balance.
I went to the store the same day and asked to speak with Ahmed and he informed the same thing he told my brother. He asked who helped me that day, however at the time I did not know his name. After some physical descriptions, we figured out the clerks name was Walter.

Ahmed stated that if I did not pay the the remaning balance which I had already paid, the bill would come back to me and be doubled by the time I received it. I stated that I would pay the balance again, however I wanted to arrainge a meeting with Ahmed and Walter so we could resolve this matter.

Ahmed agreed and I left him my home phone and cell number. I never received any calls from Amed. I called the store several times and left messages for Ahmed to call me and of course he has not called. I called just this past Monday (May 3rd) and spoke with Ahmed himself and left my cell phone number with him again. Needless to say, he has not returned my phone call.

I'm thinking the store clerk pocketed my money. At the time of my final transaction he never produced a receipt for me. The second time I paid a receipt was produced for me.

I feel I've been getting the run around and am tired of it. Please help me.
