They hired me to host an event and never paid me what they owe me

I had been employed in Ohio by Day and Splash to host a meeting in South Beach for 1 night. I had been guaranteed $20 each hour as well as the compensation of the things I'd to buy to host the function, nametags, printer, document, pencils, etc, which found an overall total of $26. I had been requested to function 4 hours. One individual settled me in the doorway, $35, which may be taken from my cost.

The function was a catastrophe, 6 males and 2 ladies in whole, however the supervisor, Vilius, requested me to complete it anyhow and provide everybody 1 free occasion for the next time.

Anyway, today, after over 1 month awaiting my cost, I get a check of $25 whole.

The supervisor says the function was ended which used to donot need to function it (a rest) which he'll never purchase the costs, therefore he just needs to spend me an overall total of $60 for that evening...

That Is all really insane, they inform me something, they are doing another, Vilius is certainly looking to get from spending people!

He just lies, and along with anything he sent me today telling me to "beat it!" he ostensibly directed me to heck...

In my opinion this isn't the best way to handle anyone who works for you personally. I've every evidence of all of the e-mails he delivered to me. Actually the function participants from that evening inform me they never got notice of the termination or of another free occasion because they were guaranteed.

I do want to deliver a which means this company cannot move any more playing and laying to people!
