When I googled "ss renewal form" this site was the first to pop up. It.netgov web domain was deceiving from the get go. Upon payment I realized that I was taken advantage of. They claim that they clearly specify both before and after, but After further analysis, although I was negligent, only found information in their confusing disclaimer before payment. To top it all off the they did not even fulfill the service they offer, which is to fill out the form for you. I emailed them about their lack of service and. Hope they will be complacent and return the money due to them not even doing what they claim I am paying for. Regardless, DO NOT use this site!
