Internet job hunting finding sign up apply never hear back from these job openings

I am wondering if anyone else is has gone through Apply online through a job search engine thinking I have done everything the correct way and the first response in is thank you for applying the company you applied to will get back to you blah blah blah!!! I have tried everything first Resume template to finding the key words with-in my work history getting help from professionals that write resumes However I do not hear anything I have been on the road since September in high unemployment state 9% or better I have bills Responsibilities I am falling under the governments idea that it is my fault this economy has tanked, My believe system is about who I am born of this USA. I have twenty years left to work. I believe by me taking the initiative to go through the process of a job application, cover letter, and Resume along with all other docs that needed for any company protocol in their hiring format The Human resource person (s) take Responsibility and Call-Email - snail mail, smoke signal us that need work that is your job.
