Bad experience

A guide I borrowed in the collection inadvertently got damp. I agreed to purchase it, but I suppose which wasnot adequate. Not just was the guide nevertheless really understandable, these were obtaining a completely new guide from it free of charge, however the perspective of the folks in the collection was really insulting. They served as if I had been a crook or perhaps a vandal, in the place of being thankful I had been purchasing them a brand new book. Plus they charged mean extra five bucks simply to place a label about the guide therefore it might be financed out. Absurd.
