Ultimate ripoff!

I placed an online order for a Nutcracker on 11/17/02 with Allenbeys for a Christmas present. I've never had any problems with any online order before this. The amount of $64.11 was charged to may account. I received an email confirmation immediately.

I contacted Allenbeys customer service via phone after many attempts and was able to finally reach a live person on 1/14. I was told that I may need to wait up to a year to receive the Nutcracker as it was not in stock at that time.

I waited one year and still did not receive the item, which is still listed as "In-Stock" on their web page. So I contacted them again on 1/20. I could not reach anyone via phone however I did receive a response by email stating that they could not locate any such order number. I responded by sending them an electronic copy of the original order. I have not heard from them since that time.

This is a disreputable company. Their credibility is terrible.
