Lies about having shipped item 2 month total delivery time Ripoff

It took 1 1/2 months and two requests for order status from me between the time I placed the order and the time that Allenbeys charged my card and Claimed that they had shipped the item. That was a lie. They ignored a request for a shipment tracking number. After two weeks the order had not yet arrived so I reminded them that they had a bad report at this web site and also at their local Better Business Bureau, www.orlando. BBB.org

They apparently contacted their supplier that same day and the product was received by me the following Monday, shipped directly from their supplier the day after my e-mail. I asked them for information about where the delay occurred and they did not respond.

Whatever you do, don't do any Christmas shopping at Allenbeys.
