Horrible customer service

We selected a design the salesman stated might be shipped in a single week. Whenever we named your day before shipping to request when it'd be delivered, the salesman informed us the design was sold-out and also the next you might consider 3 months to obtain delivered. Despite seeking a renounce in delivery costs ($75) the local sales supervisor stated the very best they might do was "permit" us to stop the purchase at no cost. We're currently taking a look at raymour and Flanigan because we're expecting in per week and require a location for the mother-in-law to rest! Worst experience actually and terrible company methods to get a growing family. I am considering calling the greater business agency!
