I believe Nonfeasance, misfeasance, malfeasance, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE has occurred. NLRB attorneys, board agents, General Counsel, Field examiner, Regional Counsel makes biased decisions and break Civil Rights Laws because... They CAN. Claim to "protect the rights of most private-sector employees" is false advertising of services offered.
When NLRB is allowed to "alter" affidavits, Omit evidence to protect guilty parties, committ intimidation and coersion by issuing subpoena because a private sector employee won't sign NLRB manipulated "version" of testimony, something is wrong with their system.
Appeal, Request for reconsideration all denied after 3 attempts to supply testimony that was repeatedly altered by NLRB that led to dismissal of charges because of "lack of cooperation" by charging party (Private Sector Employee) NLRB refused to investigate. Didn't need to, evidence was supplied but ignored, not acknowledged.
Odd thing is, only one case of two shows in NLRB database, and one that is recorded states "Non-Merit". I was advised it was dismissed for lack of cooperation. There was merit, lots of it! Who is not cooperative? Who wastes tax payers money? The NLRB does! What happened to missing case?
