Clark County, Nevada, aka Kangaroo Court RIPOFF crimes against families and children, kidnapping and extortion, obstruction of justice, civil rights and constitutional violations, misfeasance, nonfeasance

In 1997, due to a Bill to abolish Clark County Family Court, the Nevada Legislature held hearings, a special subcommittee. I became an advocate for reform and testified at the hearings several times, once as an invited panelist as "Voice of the Litigants."

Since the hearings, family court has not been reformed; instead, it has grown into a larger bureaucracy. The court continues to violate families' civil rights, constitutional rights, commit acts of kidnapping and extortion, oppression and intimidation. They routinely commit acts of nonfeasance and misfeasance and prohibit relevant evidence and testimony thereby obstructing justice. They do not follow rules of their own court, nor do they follow united States Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

They fly a flag that has gold-fringe on it. This flag is not what is required under the united States Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to be sure you are innocent until proven guilty.instead, you are presumed guilty. There is an abundance of information available on the Internet on this subject gold-fringe-flag. I agree that the flag does in fact mean ones constitutional rights are suspended, as I and many others have experienced such repeatedly.

This letter shall serve as an open complaint to the leaders of the State of Nevada, who have been made aware of such crimes in the hearings and also to the highest authority of the United States. We must demand prosecution of the crimes that are perpetrated daily in this court and also in many other family courts in the U.S. It is our duty under the Declaration of Independence to abolish any form of government that becomes destructive.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injuryThat whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
