Screwed over a 100% Disabled, multiple combat tour Veteran

I am a 100% disabled, multiple combat tour veteran. I saved up my money to buy an expensive, large saltwater fish from this company. They were pushy when I called and wanted me to buy other fish as well. However, since they were the only store to carry what I wanted, I stuck with them. When the fish arrived, it was basically dead. I sent them an e-mail and they told me to just prop it up in a quarantine tank, and it should be ok. I did this, but the fish died anyhow. When I tried to get them to honor their warranty, they gave me a big song and dance, telling me I had to call back in 2 weeks, when the boss was due back. I did as I was told, but when I called, they said I was 2 days beyond my warranty and I was out of luck. Are you kidding me??? I told the boss what the worker said, and he just laughed, and called me a liar. I told him of my disability and how I had to save money to buy the fish. All he did was tell me if I was a better Marine, I wouldnt have gotten disabled. I want to hire an attorney, but am trying to scrounge the money together right now to do so. I NEVER write these kinds of things, BUT I simply had to here. I do not want to see anyone get treated this way by these "shell game" operators, ever again. Please SAVE your money, and dignity.
