True North Transport
Driver hit me and will not cover the damages

As I was pulling into the parking lot of a local grocery store, a True North Transport van was pulling out and did not pull far enough forward to clear my truck and hit me. We swapped driver, insurance and other vital info and we went on our way. As I was proceeding to work through a claim with their insurance company, the owner called and offered to settle without the insurance companies getting involved.

The day for us to meet, she e-mailed me and cancelled our meeting stating that she was going to go ahead and let the insurance company handle the damages to my truck. Now the insurance company will not answer my phone calls or call me back. I just want my truck fixed and they wont pony up the dough.
