Creative Glass & Mirror & David Reyes (480 244-5477) did an incompetent, incomplete glass replacement and refuse to correct the problem after cashing my $230.00 check on Sept. 15. I notified David Reyes the next day that the windows slipped from the gaskets and did not seal against water & air. Reyes made 5 appointments to return to to the job correctly, and each time he failed to appear, or even call me. This shoddy company and the Reyes brothers have caused me 2 months of grief and misery. Stay away from this incompetent, and arrogant glass company and do business with a legitimate glass installer.
