Dryer Door Defect Unrepaired Despite Five-Year Extended Warranty

We purchased a Whirlpool Duet Washer & Dryer with 5 yr extended warranty. When delivered door did not swing as ordered. Repair was called came out, said hold door shut (yes this is a new $800 dryer), would get parts, never heard back. Called service again promised svc person would have part. They did not.

Contact Best Buy again, sorry, you can order the part and pay for it and we will put it on.

Unbelievable... Never Ever go to Best Buy. Hope they enjoy the $5000 I spent there last year... It will be the last!!
