Are fraudulant and ripoff telephone number providers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Tollfreeforwarding.com SUCKS and are the worst company in the world for providing telephone numbers to consumers and businesses.

We purchased a number from TollFreeForwarding.com on 5th October we requested a number that allowed all phones to call us including mobiles.

We have no advertised our number everywhere, spending a fortune! We've now found that mobiles cant call us.

We called TollFreeForwarding.com and spoke to Derek the "Technical Support Manager" at TollFreeForwarding and explained our dilemma, he was unhelpful and just said "theirs nothing we can do", he refused to accept any responsibility or offer any apologies on behalf of the company. Nor would he accept us porting our number away from TollFreeForwarding.com and said we would have to pay. Proof that TollFreeForwarding.com are scammers and have no respect for there customers.

We asked Derek to provide us the contact details for Toll Free Forwarding and was told to just email an email address (legal@tollfreeforwarding.com), we asked for a number and was told "We dont give out numbers for our legal department" seems strange that a Phone Companies Legal Team shy's away from using the telephone?!

Maybe John Carter the Sales Director at TollFreeForwarding.com should retrain his sales staff and maybe introduce a proper complaints system rather than leaving its customers hanging.

At present we havent received any reply from the legal team at TollFreeForwarding.com.

Avoid TollFreeForwarding.com at all Costs, they are the worst provider of telephone numbers in the world.
