Our company had 50 numbers with them. We brought everything in under one vendor in Oct.in May we discovered we were continuing to be billed for numbers that had been ported away.

When this was brought to their attention and $3 worth of charges disputed we were told they did not know the numbers had been ported because the new carrier had not notified them. BS - the new carrier HAD to notify them of the port because without a release the port cannot happen.

Their TOS was followed exactly.

They offered 2 months of refund for 7 months of mischarging.

Oh... It took 5 days of emails not being responded to and messages not being responded to to get to that point.

So, now it will be small claims court to get a judgement.

This must happen often for them. It makes no sense to create bad will over 3k unless they are bleeding due to cancellations and need every penny to keep the lights on.

Too bad, because I would have recommended them if there hadn't been a problem with leaving.

Rip off. Stay away.
