Beware

Bought a drain grid on June 29. Our charge card was billed exactly the same time. The statement stated it'd be delivered on or after July 14th. I named to discover why it required such a long time to vessel and Mark stated that it'd to become shipped by Elkay. Named on July 15th for an update and was informed there is a wait and might appear and vessel July 2nd. Sent them on that day to become informed I'll get a reimbursement simply because they CAn't have it. Mark named the issue "sad" in the place of "unethical." Appears to me they kept my $100 and sent nothing ultimately. Appears like a fraud in my experience.
