I signed up for the $1 report. I found out a few days later I was charged $17.95 and this is a reoccuring charge. I am glad I caught this quickly. I called and asked why I was charged this amount and was told I didnt sign up for the $1 look. This is a suprise to me because I have no idea when I stopped signing up for the $1 and actually signed up for the reoccuring charge. I was told there is no refunds. This is concerning given the fact that this company is responsible for all of our credit histories and has all of our personal information in their hands. Yet they decieve us into thinking we are signing up for a one time look. I still cant figure out what I did to prompt the system into believing I was signing up for anything different. I am usually very cautious about these things. I guess my gaurd was down when I thought that a company who holds this level of sensitive information would be so deceptive. Lesson learned.
