They overcharged, did not deliver on time, and stole my flat screen tv

After quoting me $1000 from a detailed inventory list, they showed up 4 hours late and the driver said right away that I would have to pay more. They loaded my things, and then left me with an updated quote of $1440. And that was after leaving behind a bed, coffee table, old tv, and two prints which they wanted too much money to crate and were on my original quote. My loaded items were less than listed for the quote so I called to complain and Yolanda said she would speak with the owner about making an adjustment.

I then emailed Yolanda on Oct. 6 for a delivery request date of Oct. 15 and she confirmed the date. I never got delivery on Oct. 15, and when I called to ask about the delivery, the manager said that my things were not even on the truck but that they would be loaded and delivered the following week, around Oct. 19. Apparently, Yolanda never made the request.

When they finally arrived on October 24th, my flat screen tv was not off loaded. It was the last item loaded at my origination. The drivers called and requested to speak with the original loaders, and Clifford Bittman, who picked up my things in Florida, said that he never loaded a flat screen tv. My neighbors witnessed it being loaded and it was on my inventory request list and the company even offered to crate it for. 01 because I didn't have the box. Yolanda said that it was "too bad" and that she couldn't help me because the loader said he never picked it up.

This company stole my television, delivered my furniture and boxes in broken horrible conditions, and were two weeks late in delivering my things, causing me to pay rent for an apt. Which I could not occupy because I had no furniture.
The manager, Mike Shelton, and the assistant Yolanda, are absolutely no help at all and I now have to file a police report for the crime that this company committed. Theft.

Do not use these people, they will steal from you and make your move a living h*ll.
