Unresponsive customer service

EEFX.com manufacturers very high quality chromokey (greenscreen) backgrounds for the photographic industry. While their products are excellent, their customer service is abysmal. I placed a large order with them via the internet and had to follow up more than a dozen times by phone to track my order and request a refund for items never sent.

Calls to their business phone during posted business hours usually go to a voicemail box. Their outgoing message promises that they will call back, I have never received a call back despite numerous requests and eventually demands that they do so. I did receive a partial order, though it took them much longer than they promised to deliver the backdrops to me. I have no reason to believe that they are not well intentioned. I suspect their problems stem from more demand than they can handle. I hope they get it figured out, in the meantime, buyer beware.
