I bought 2 dvd sets both had bad dvds tryed to email them four times with no responce

I bought the then came bronson and carol burnett dvds thethen came bronson pilot dvd played half way and stopped 2of the carol burnett would not even start itryed to email them four times and didnt get a response on their web site it says their customer service will respond in 24 hours it has been 10 days with no response from anyone
