Z-tell rip-off! Each month the bill gets higher and higher for no apparent reason

I have been charged a higher price for phone service each month. The price for service monthly was to be no higher that $40.00 per month. Each month the bill gets higher and higher. I rarely am at home to use the telephone that much. Z-tell is a rip-off and I am in search of another telephone company that will stick to the rates as advertised.
