Bait and Switch Tactis!

After contacting the organization to assist in the collection of an debt owed to our organization, I was informed by voice, email and printed brochure that their recovery fee was 25% of the recovered amount; yet, once they collected part of the outstanding debt they submitted a check to us for the collected amount less 40%. When I questioned the increased fee, they responded that it took more time than they anticipated to collect the funds. They refuse to refund the difference and are not responding to further communication from us so we are being forced to seek remedy in a court of law.
