Robin Aire = Ripp Off!!!
Explained in detail what was wrong with my AC unit and scheduled a service tech - Guy showed up very late... Got out of his truck... Walked around back took 1 look and said - "OH, I cant fix that, dont have the parts or coolant"... WTF! I called and explained exactly the model # and what was wrong... What do you mean you didn't bring the stuff to fix???
Nope can't do it... BUT If you want us to come back it will be $701.06 to fix it! As$H0#$
Company charged me 69.99 for a service charge and the lazy SOB worthless service tech never even took a screwdriver out of his truck!!!
Do not call this company
Plenty of people will do free estimates and probably have tools on there truck!
