Poor customer service

Complete negligence on the general manager's part to ensure quality and quantity of his products, and adequate training for his people. He was a complete and utter rude individual. I left that store feeling as if it had been his goal to tear me to shreds. I was severely disgruntled by his nonchalant behavior, and by the fact that he was completely uncaring of the fact that his truck orders were always short. Every time I go into that store they don't have something I want or need. I am taking my business elsewhere unless he is removed and a better replacement is put in his position. All the people who cared enough he fired or forced to leave, and now your store is run like shit.
