Filth, poor service - Customer Service

The Dunkin Donuts store in Cleveland Circle, Boston recently changed hands. The store now has limited help, very poor service, long lines, is filthy, grounds are unkept and dangerous. The ice has not been removed from the grounds. Something should be done about this store for the safety of consumers.
