Received letter telling me I had been assigned a Sweepstakes number. Since I didn't join or buy a sweepstakes I refused to call. Just checked them out. Got to thinking I had received a card with a gift certificate I had supposedly won and had called about it and they wanted me to buy magazines. I had hung up on them.

My friend did the same but they got a hold of her bank account and tried to draw money out and when she refused they call and call and threaten her. She doesn't read magazines so wouldn't have ordered them but they try to get her to agree to pay different fees and then they will cancel.

Don't ever subscribe cancelling is almost if not impossible. If you try they will tell you you can't etc. Or try to force you to wait till after the 3 day cancellation time.

Don't be fooled you didn't win! You won't get anything you want. The magazines they will try to send you wont want either. Hang up if they call! Trow away the letters don't read them! If you open one by accident read the small light print on the back it tells you you didn't win and your odds of winning anything are 1 in 780,000.
