I only wish I had read the reviews on AmericanHomePLus before I made a purchase for six door knobs offered on Sale. A little over four months later, I have not received the hardware, which was in the region of US$260 per knob. At first they would not reply to inquiries as to an ETA. 6 weeks after order I think I received my first response via e. Mail. ETA was something like four weeks later. That date came and went. So did another three estimated delivery dates. Several phone calls and many e. Mails and you get little to no satisfaction and certainly no concrete answers. Well actually you do, but you can't count on them.in fact the last straw was a phone call to Customer Services, I quoted my order reference and the lady said she would ask purchasing dept the status. And within four seconds, litterally, she replied that my order was still a week away from the Wholesaler who is also on the other coast.incredible amount of information passed in a very little space of time. I venture to say an impossible amount of information and that Customer services made this up. So I called the Company that the hardware is Branded (not on the other coast, same city). This company advised me that they do not know of AmericanHomePlus. Nor any of the other names they trade by. Well, perhaps we don't know all of their trading names? They also advised that my particular order, knob type, finish and quantity did not match anything they have pending or otherwise and nor could my order be a component of any pending orders. My conclusion, American Home Plus TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER INTENDED TO SUPPLY. And looking online, I'm far from the only one.

Final word on this, When purchasing Online Use your Credit Card. The bank will refund your money.
