Despite repeated calls and foretells Bob about dripping around fireplace flashing, and inner injury caution, Ameri has failed in 4 times of exemplary climate to look after the issue. On 12/21 Bob stated they'd place a tarp around fireplace if required. Large rainfall continues to be forecast to get a week, there's no justification to not actually arrived at my house. 3 Telephone connections since 12/0909 by Bob declaring he'd look after it.
