I simply found this website. I've taken near to $400.00. I've exactly the same tale - requested in May - cash in advance - parents died - no cash - will need to ship COD. I had been annoyed then (8 weeks before), but nonetheless have not noticed the kitten address despite delivering her a Federal Express quantity. Today, she's ceased answering emails. What-ever occurred using the person who named the neighborhood authorities?
