Cricketwireless inc is causing more harm to society than benefits

Cricket Wirless Inc. Sold a refurbished/Manufacturer defective phone as new phone to me on 9/25. Phone got defective on 9/28 and returned back to the store on 10/05 for replacement. Or exchange for the new phone... Cricktet staff claimed it was a battery defective and requested me to pay for new phone. I offered to return the phone since it was less than two weeks but refused to abide with Cricket return policy on the receipt, I called Cricket home corporate office with no solution

Breach of CRIKET RETURN POLICY AS STATED ON THE RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASES
I want to address this issue in a legal court, Over the past days I was not been able to communcate effectively on the phone thus disturbing my business resulting into financial losses and thus causing emotional disturbances and phycologically harmed
