Goldpak, LLC has been a customer of ours for years. They randomly stopped paying their invoices and have made empty promises to pay their bills. They have a large past due balance with us that they have made no attempt to pay and are avoiding our calls.
They also just denied UPS charges for a shipment that they sent to their customer. This was shipped 3rd party on our account # and since Goldpak refused the charges, UPS is charging back our account!
These guys are crooks who are clearly drowning with little hope of staying afloat!
